Raccoons are such adorable critters, however, there is a price to pay sometimes when they decide to start coming inside your attic. The damage that they can make is incredible. Often we find that they are drawn into a yard by cat food or dog food being kept outside. We feel a part of our job is to educate the public - even at the expense of losing business. When we feel our services are not required, we say such. However, when we say it is necessary to seal a home - trust that as well. ... See MoreSee Less
As experts, we cannot emphasize enough that the complete solution is a two step process:
Step #1: Trapping - We trap and remove the critters that think they are entitled to your home. We do not like just using a one-way valve and leaving them on the property to be eyeballing the home.
Step #2: Exclusion - We carefully seal the home using metals & animal-proof materials to prevent future entry. We are wildlife experts - not a handyman or roofer. We do not deal with what they deal with, and nor should you rely on them to critter-proof your home. We are so confident in our work that we stand behind it with a 5-Year Warranty with no hidden fees.

"New potential customers" meet the "Flying Squirrel". We cage trap them and relocate them unharmed. Flying squirrels do better if held by our rehabber and then release the entire colony together.... far, far away.
Carpenter Bees (Wood Bees) require a completely different technique. We trap the wood boring bees into a custom designed trap. Once they come in they do not come out. We make the trap, install it and leave it up for the duration of the season. At the end of the season we come and empty and remove the trap. The traps are very effective at attracting the Wood Bees to the wood trap instead of your home
